Warning Message to Dear Consumers
Recently, it has been observed that an unscrupulous group has been trying to embezzle money through mobile financial transactions by calling the esteemed customers in the identity of Nesco officials/employees and threatening them with disconnection due to arrears. Respected customers are hereby informed that if they want to pay the electricity bill through mobile banking, it should be done through the respective bill payment/payment option/USSD code, not by sending money to any mobile number. In this situation, esteemed customers are requested to beware of fraudsters by paying their electricity bill through the above means on time.
